Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it. We offer several flexible payment plans and our office will work with you to find a plan that fits your lifestyle.

Orthodontic Insurance Information
If you have orthodontic insurance that covers any portion of your treatment, it will be deducted from your total case fee, thereby reducing your out of pocket expense. For your convenience, we will gladly assist you in determining your plan’s coverage by submitting insurance claims on your behalf when they pertain to charges for care rendered in our office.

Although we directly accept assignment of benefits, please be aware that our primary financial relationship is with our patients and/or their families and not with their respective insurance companies. Responsibility for collection of benefits from insurance companies rests with the insured party.
