"Our entire team has been warmly welcoming patients into our practice and building new relationships for more than a decade. Our knowledgeable, experienced, and talented professionals are dedicated to providing you with a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience.
Christina: Office Manager
Although, Christina manages our practice, she actively maintains her license as a certified orthodontic assistant by maintaining her certifications in CPR and OSHA, and continuing education courses every year. Christina is always seeking better alternatives to improve the office’s patient engagement for easier communication, while helping Dr. Gangoy maintain the practice “in step” with the ever-changing field of Orthodontics.
Christina lives in Lynnfield with her husband and two daughters, Gianna and Giuliana. She is a passionate “shopper” and enjoys traveling, skiing and interior decorating.
Joanne and her husband have two sons, but the apple of her eye is her adorable granddaughter, Audrina. She enjoys spending time with her family and especially looks forward to the summer when she spends those warm months at Lake Sunapee, NH with her husband, family, and good friends.
A Word from Jo:
During this time, Angela became interest in pursing a career with our office where she could interact directly with patients and assistant Dr. Gangoy in delivering their care. Upon completing a radiology certification course at Tufts University in 2015, she received her certification in radiology techniques and safety. She began taking diagnostic records and completed a dental assisting program to become a licensed orthodontic assistant.
A Word from Angela:
Rose lives in Wakefield with her husband and has three grown daughters. Recently, she welcomed her second grandson into her close-knit family. Rose is an excellent cook and always looks forward to traveling to warmer climates and relaxing on the beach with a good book!
A Word from Rose:
“I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their different life experiences. I have a soft spot in my heart for all young children and love speaking with them to hear what they have to say because they never fail to amaze me!”
Molly: Front Desk Assistant
Molly has been working with us for the past 3 years throughout her college career. She works alongside Rose at the front desk during her summers off. She greets everyone with her bubbly personality and helps to manage patient check-ins and schedules their next appointments. Behind the scenes, Molly manages our social media pages and helps out in anyway she can.
When Molly is not at the office, she is busy studying and doing homework as a student at UMass Lowell. She has two older brothers and spends free time traveling, skiing, and with family and friends.
A Word from Molly:
"Seeing a new patient smiling everyday has solidified my love for this field and job!"
Sarah became a part of our team in the summer of 2018 and brings with her more than 17 years of experience in both dental and orthodontic assisting. She truly enjoys being “hands on” with patient treatment and is highly skilled as a clinical assistant in all aspects. Sarah’s enthusiastic and light-hearted personality comes through clearly when she smiles! However, she really shines in the way she engages with young patients; always trying to put them at ease and trying to make them laugh. She maintains an upbeat atmosphere in the clinic with her choice of music playing in the background or by encouraging all patients to enter monthly patient contests to win a prize. Sarah’s approach to patient treatment comes from the heart. She has become a crucial component in helping to transform our clinical floor into a fun, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Sarah is from Rhode Island, and when she is not creating smiles, she is a busy mom, raising her two young children, Kailyn and Kyle with her husband. As a family, they enjoy traveling, boating, and relaxing with extended family and friends.
A Word from Sarah:
“Watching how patients gain self confidence as their smiles transform never gets old!”
